Total PARCO launches Customer Centricity Month
Total PARCO has launched its Customer Centricity Campaign, a month-long initiative that began at the Jasmine Service Station on November 7th, 2023. The campaign is a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to service excellence and customer-centricity. The kick-off event was marked by high spirits, laughter, and a unique Total PARCO touch. The highlight of the event was the “Mobile Setup”, a special feature set to travel across Pakistan and visit key locations throughout the campaign. The campaign will continue to mark special Customer Days at various locations across Pakistan. These days are designed to foster connection, facilitate feedback exchanges, offer giveaways, and pay tribute to the spirit of exceptional customer service at Total PARCO. To date, the campaign has covered more than 40 service stations and 5 Lube distribution points.
The focus of the campaign is on prioritizing customers, with each day packed with engaging activities, exciting games, attractive prizes, and expressions of gratitude for their loyalty and commitment to the brand.
