TOTAL PARCO Pakistan Limited with registered office at 10-Tariq Block, New Garden Town, Lahore, is the “data controller” for personal data relating to use of the Website. In order to use the Website and to benefit from our services, you must provide us with a certain amount of personal data at the time of registration to create your account or to receive our offers and promotions. Your personal data is stored by Total MS in a central database located in France.

We will not retain your information for longer than is necessary for our business purposes or for legal requirements. However, please be advised that we may retain some information after you have closed your account with us, for instance if doing so is necessary to meet our legal obligations, such as retaining the information for tax and accounting purposes.

In accordance with applicable local law, you have the right to request access to your personal data, or to modify, rectify, and delete your personal data, and to object to the processing of your personal data for legitimate reasons.
